Why Professional Help Is Essential in Today's Climate
With Canada’s substantially decreased immigration targets (395,000 permanent residents, 21% reduction for 2025, followed by further decreases to 380,000 in 2026 and 365,000 in 2027) and increasingly stringent application reviews, employers face a far more competitive environment. Immigration authorities scrutinize applications more intensely than ever, resulting in significantly higher refusal rates across all immigration streams.
Sponsor Your Spouse, Common-law partner and Children
In today’s interconnected world, cross-border relationships and families are increasingly common. If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you may be eligible to sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, or dependent children for permanent residence in Canada.
Canada recognizes the importance of family reunification and offers dedicated immigration pathways to help bring your loved ones home. At El Camino Immigration Services, we provide professional guidance throughout the sponsorship process to ensure your application is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Whether you are sponsoring a partner living abroad or already in Canada, we will help you understand your options, meet the eligibility requirements, and avoid delays or refusals.

Economic Class Immigration Programs
Canada offers several immigration pathways for skilled individuals to become permanent residents under the Economic Class. If you have already received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the Express Entry system or a Provincial Nomination, El Camino Immigration Services can assist you in professionally preparing and submitting your permanent residence application.
❗ Please note: We do not create Express Entry profiles or apply for provincial nominations. We begin assisting clients only after they have received an ITA or a Nomination Certificate.
Express Entry – Post-Invitation Support
Express Entry is Canada’s selection system for skilled workers, managing applications under the following federal programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Once you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA), you must submit your application for permanent residence within 60 days. It is critical to ensure accuracy and completeness at this stage.
El Camino Immigration Services provides:
- Full review and verification of supporting documents
- Application preparation and submission to IRCC
- Representation throughout the processing period
- Support with medicals, biometrics, and document updates
Processing Time (post-submission): 6 to 8 months
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – After Nomination
Canada’s provinces and territories nominate individuals who meet local labour market needs. If you have already received a Provincial Nomination, either through an Express Entry-aligned stream or a base (paper-based) stream, we can help you apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
We do not submit nomination requests to the provinces. El Camino assists only after the nomination is granted.
Our services include:
- Review of your nomination documentation
- Submission of your permanent residence application to IRCC
- Direct communication with immigration authorities
- Ongoing application monitoring and updates
Processing Times:
- Express Entry-linked PNP: 6–9 months
- Base (paper-based) PNP: 18–24 months
