Terms & Conditions

  1. This Initial Consultation Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
    Please note that Lidia Fernanda Alejandra González Hernández (R530825) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. No legal or immigration services will be commenced or undertaken on your behalf until a full Service Agreement has been signed and payment has been received.

     

  2. The booking form describes the time limit of the consultation (30 mins / 45 mins, depending on the consultation selected).

     

  3. Unused time during the consultation will not be credited, transferred, or refunded.

     

  4. The Consultant will not answer follow-up questions after completing the consultation.

     

  5. Client-initiated recording of the consultation is strictly prohibited. However, by booking this consultation, the client agrees and consents to the consultation being recorded by the Consultant using AI-enabled software tools for internal documentation, client service tracking, and quality assurance. The client accepts all potential risks related to such recordings and understands that no external party will have access to these recordings without consent.

     

  6. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice, the consultation fee will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee.

     

  7. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

     

  8. Missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

     

  9. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show, and the consultation will be cancelled without refund or rescheduling, as the consultation fee will be deemed to have been used unless the clients inform that they are late within the first 15 minute of the appointment (no extra time will be added).

     

  10. By booking a consultation, the client agrees to provide only truthful, complete, and accurate information during the session.

     

  11. If the Consultant cannot attend the appointment due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience within the Consultant’s available working hours, at no additional cost.
